For Chapel Words help, contact hello@chapelwords.com. A parent or guardian should write for a child. Tell us the date of the puzzle, the app version and what happened; please avoid personal or sensitive details. We use your message to help with the request.

Puzzles and text size

If a clue seems wrong, include the puzzle date and clue in your email. Open Settings on the home screen to choose a text size or daily reminder time. Reminders work on supported phones after you allow notifications; they are not required to play.

Your information

This release stores puzzle progress on your device. Family circles, online clue reports and gameplay counts are not enabled. See our privacy policy. Deleting the app or clearing browser storage removes its local information; device or browser backups have separate controls.

If this device retains an earlier family-circle profile, Settings → Family → Leave and delete remains available to remove that old online profile and results. If you need help, contact us before clearing the device's data, which may remove the credential used to verify deletion.
